Can you see the open doors?

I’ve always heard the quote about when one door closes another door opens, but I never knew about this version from Alexander Graham Bell. I like it even better now.

“When one door closes another door opens; but we so often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door, that we do not see the ones which open for us.” Alexander Graham Bell (1847-1922)

 

The trick is to not get stuck on looking at the closed doors, but to be brave enough to walk through the open ones.
