Prisma

I'm always thrilled when a new creative photo app comes out and I love to try out all the different options and filters when I try it out. I have a ton of apps that I love already so I'm pretty choosy about downloading new ones. I saw some great posts on social media over the weekend using the Primsa app so I decided to give it a whirl. Prisma is available in iTunes and was just released for Android.

This is my original photo. I snapped this on our trip to Chicago last month.

You can easily turn off the watermark feature that shows on examples shown below. I left the watermark on for the purposes of this post.

The only problem I found was that the order of filters changes each time you open a different photo. That's a bit of a problem if you want to try and recreate a look. I hope this is something that will get fixed in upcoming updates. I've added the names of effects used under each photo so you can see what they look like.

I can tell I'm going to use Prisma a lot. I just wish it was easier to tell which filter I used on each image. Overall, it's a very fun app!
