Huge Timesaver! Photo Transfer App

I'm so happy about this find and I bet you will be too! I love to download photos from Dropbox onto my iPad to use for scrapbooking in the Project Life App. I was getting tired of downloading them one at a time and knew there had to be a better way. I Googled it (my process for solving almost every problem) and read several posts about how you can't download multiple files that way and that you could zip them and yada yada yada. Not the answer I was looking for.

I kept going and I found this Photo Transfer App that makes it all super easy! You can download big batches of files from your computer, Dropbox, Flickr, and other devices. Awesome! It's available for iOS and Android devices and it's only $2.99 and totally worth the price.

It's very easy to figure out, but I'm going to walk you through the steps so you feel comfortable. (Mom, this is for you - lol!)

First of all, let the app know if you want to receive or send files. I want to receive them.

Where do you want your files to come from? In this case, I have all the ones I need in Dropbox. I've sorted out enough photos to make 18 pages in the Project Life App.

There are benefits to being organized and it will make the process go faster. However, there are many ways to accomplish the same thing. Just figure out where you want to get your pictures from and select that folder. Also, it's worth a side note mention here that I don't sync Dropbox to my computer.

Once you've located the folder you want, open it up and "select all files" or just the ones you want to download.

Then specify where you want them to go. You can save them to your general camera roll or you can put them into albums. I created albums ahead of time to match up with each of the folders. No sorting photos while I'm scrapping for me!

Man, they sure do download fast!

Before you know, they are all on your device. Just open up your photos app and check!

If you are like me, this little app will make you want to do the happy dance all over town! I love technology!
