The cool thing about blogging for 7 years is that I have 7 years of archives to look back through. Every once in awhile, I like to look and see what I was doing on the same day a year ago.
November 14, 2011
I found this one quite ironic since my son is in the exact same position right now as I’m typing this. He must get really tired each year on November 14th! Last year I posted about “mini memories” and I guess that’s kind of what I’m posting about today.
November 14, 2010
I was starting off my gift giving guide week on my blog. Hmmmm, I guess I should get working on that for this year! lol!
November 14, 2009
I wrote about meeting digi friends in real life and my experience of attending a local digi crop.
November 14, 2008
I didn’t actually blog on November 14, 2008. I took a few days off around that time. I wrote a post about 10 of my favorite things a few days after that. That’s always a good writing prompt!
November 14, 2007
I took down most of my November 2007 posts because they were all about my digital designs that have been retired. It was easier to do that instead of answering emails about where to get the products that are no longer available. I’ll link back to my November roundup instead. It’s always interesting to go back and read an old roundup!
November 14, 2006
The same issue as November of 2007, a lot of those posts have been deactivated. I do have a funny post from that November about how different things would be if women ruled the world!
November 14, 2005
I had only started blogging at the end of October 2005. The first few posts were all about linking to digital products that have long since disappeared from digi land so I deleted them. I’m going to link up to one of my first posts instead titled “Remember Why I Scrap”. I need to make myself re-read this one every few months to stay on track!
What were you doing on this same day last year? How about the year before that? If you don’t have a blog, do you have a calendar you can look at? I’ve been using Google Calendar since 2010, so I can actually go back and look up what I was doing on specific dates since that time. I wish I had discovered that sooner!
