My longtime readers know that I love a good mystery and I’m a fan of Laura Childs scrapbooking mystery books. Sometimes it just feels good to escape with a book and her series of scrapbooking mysteries are just right for me. Not gory, but engaging and fun. I love the characters and the New Orleans backdrop. It’s an extra bonus for me that she includes some scrapbooking tips and recipes as well! I’m currently enjoying her newest release of Postcards from the Dead.
I’ve read every single one of her scrapbooking mysteries and liked all of them
- Keepsake Crimes
- Photo Finished
- Bound for Murder
- Motif for Murder
- Frill Kill
- Death Swatch
- Tragic Magic
- Fiber and Brimstone
- Skeleton Letters
I’m especially excited that the author herself has offered to giveaway a new hardcover copy of Postcards from the Dead to 2 of my blog readers! Isn’t that super nice? If you want to enter to win, just leave a comment on this post and tell me if you’ve read any of Laura’s scrapbooking mysteries. If you haven’t, feel free to mention what type of books you do like to read and help me build my own “to read someday” list.
Comments must be posted before Monday, October 22nd at 10 p.m. EST. I’ll select the winners and post them on Wednesday, October 24th.
