Some memories deserve center stage and I kept that in mind when I designed (and scrapped with) this new template set. I love that these templates can be used for really big photos OR as a journaling page without any photos. Fun possibilities! See my layouts below for some examples of how these templates can inspire your own scrapbooking. If you are curious about my design process and schedule for creating templates, be sure to listen to this week’s Digi Show podcast (Episode 55) where I explain all of that. You’ll also get to here the fabulous Peppermint of One Little Bird Designs and the creative Anna Aspnes reveal their workflows as well. How cool is that?!
I’ve included some layout samples to inspire you. All page credits and fonts are listed with links when possible.
Go to my Scrap Shop (I have a lot of other template sets!) or purchase here by using cart buttons. Only $5.00 for the set!
Here are the layouts. All images are linked to my Flickr account for credits.
This was an amazing hotel and I love all the architectural lines in this photo. This template is such a great way to accessorize a strong photo without being distracting.
This is one of those photos that I’ve been hoarding because I wanted to find the “perfect kit” for it. I never could find one that felt like it would be the right feeling so I created this fun layout from an idea I’ve been kicking around inside my brain for months now. I know I’m going to use this template several more times!
Can I just have a nostalgic moment for my little girl? She was only 3 years old when I took this picture of her running around in our backyard in her Tinkerbell costume. This is the type of photo I would frame for my house, so there’s no way I’m going to bury it on a multi-photo page. This template design is an elegant way to display a special memory.
There’s that cute girl again! I love a page that is completely filled with a photo, but it’s still fun to add some embellishments and/or words so this template gives you the best of both worlds. It’s a new favorite for me!
Hope you have a great weekend!
