Oh wondrous machine that brings me such joy and such frustration!
Last March my computer had a meltdown so I guess it felt like celebrating the anniversary with another one. The folks at Dell are pretty sure it’s a motherboard problem. It should be fixed within a few business days. Don’t they know that I do my business round the clock? Nights and weekends are my best times for blogging and scrapbooking so I’m a little out of sorts over the whole thing. Oh well, just a minor blip in the grand scheme of things, but still quite inconvenient.
For now, I’m using the family desktop computer which does not have any of my favorite programs installed on it. It’s sort of like cooking in someone else’s kitchen without the right ingredients and pans. Oh, and no cookbook either.
So, it’s time for takeout I guess! How about I just share a few fun tidbits with you?

- In related news - I've decided to shut down my flickr digital scrapbooking group. I'm hoping that the members there will join the new one since I know there will be a lot more activity there. It actually worked out nicely since I was thinking of closing it down anyway. I've been looking to cut down a few commitments and this was a good fit.
