National Scrapbooking Day (or International Scrapbooking Day as it should be called now) will be this Saturday May 3rd. The idea behind this day is to spend it scrapbooking, but if you are like me you might be spending it shopping for scrapbooking deals!
I'm an all digi gal now so I can get the bargains while sitting in my comfy chair and in between the everyday life interruptions that I know a Saturday will bring. Even still, it will be hard to catch all the action. There will be plenty of online sales, chats, contests and more.
So I've started my own sale a little early! EVERYTHING in my shop at Scrapbook Lady Designs and my new one at Commercial-Use.com will be 30% off from now until Sunday night! Even the clearance items. Yes, I'm clearing out a bunch of my older designs and you can get 18 different items for only $1 each!
Why so many clearance items? I've decided to focus my designing on multiple use items. What does this mean? It means I really want to concentrate on items that can be used over and over again. Like the fillabets, versatile and basic paper packs, and templates. And speaking of templates...
All my templates FINALLY come in both layered .psd AND .png file formats! If you have purchased the .png formats from me before and want to upgrade to the new pack with the layered templates just send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org telling me which templates you have. I'll check my records and then email you a coupon to save some extra money on the new packs. If you've been holding off because you wanted layered templates - well, now's the time because this sale is great! Each template comes in both personal use and commercial use versions so be sure to pick up the right one for your needs.
I'm working on a newsletter to send out on Friday and I will post some fun stuff for you on Friday and Saturday here on the blog so be sure to check back! I won't be posting my roundup or my May projects list until after National Scrapbooking Day. It's a big deal to a self proclaimed Scrapbook Lady!
